01 / Problem framing

An audit is only useful when teams know what to do next.

Accessibility reports can be technical and difficult to prioritize. Designers and developers need to understand barriers and their human impact before deciding how to improve an experience. I focused the product on making accessibility findings clear, organized and actionable rather than treating issue counts as the end goal.

A successful review should help people find a concern, understand its impact, decide what to investigate and verify an improvement.
02 / Product approach

From a URL to understandable findings.

The experience starts with a public URL, continues to an organized review workspace and provides readable explanations and suggested improvements. AI-supported interpretation can assist, but human evaluation remains necessary for accessibility outcomes.

01 / Discover

Start with one clear action

A focused website URL entry makes the next step immediately understandable.

02 / Understand

Explain human impact

Connect technical accessibility issues with likely barriers in everyday use.

03 / Improve

Support decisions

Show priorities and guidance while keeping remediation and verification with the team.

03 / Interaction design decisions

Clarity and human oversight come first.

I designed the analysis workflow to support review rather than passive score-watching: concise categories, supporting descriptions, priority grouping and an explicit route from evidence to action.

Finding details

Clear labels, descriptions and review context support more informed decisions about each issue.

Practical next steps

Guidance helps the team prioritize and test changes instead of treating suggestions as automatically verified fixes.

04 / Product outcome

A working experience for accessibility reviews.

AccessBloom brings website analysis, practical guidance and a human-centered presentation into one interface. This case illustrates the product design and development approach; it does not claim that all detected issues are conclusive or that automated checks replace manual testing.
