Luxury discovery is about confidence, not only products.
For a special occasion, more choices are not necessarily more useful. Luxury clients may be balancing social expectations, personal taste and uncertainty. I framed AURA around the client's desired feeling and occasion rather than beginning with a product catalogue.
Design for the emotional job.
The priority persona Léa Moreau is a design hypothesis for a luxury client preparing for an important social event. Her underlying need is to feel confident and authentic, not simply to browse dresses. I proposed interviews, observation and competitor analysis to test assumptions about emotional context, personalization and trust.
Every step should make the next one easier.
The journey moves from discovering AURA to expressing a personal occasion, comparing a curated shortlist, giving feedback, connecting with a human advisor and continuing into the boutique experience. I prioritized conversation clarity and human continuity over unnecessary automation.
A quiet interface that stays out of the way.
Restrained colours, editorial typography and a short sequence of questions help the user focus on one decision at a time. The prototype makes recommendation rationale visible and creates a natural path to a human advisor.

Open full-screen prototypeTrust means knowing when to hand off.
The assistant should not silently take control of a consequential choice. Users can understand why looks are suggested, adjust preferences and choose whether to involve a human boutique advisor. The handoff is part of the service, not an error state.
Validate confidence before conversion.
AURA is a design concept with a prototype and proposed usability test plan. The planned evaluation checks whether users understand recommendations, can adjust them and feel confident about the handoff. I have not presented planned research as completed research or reported outcomes.
